This magazine is of course the biggest competitor of Vogue.
In the video Yolanda Hadid shares with the audience her eating habits. In the morning when she gets up, she drinks a glass of water with lemon. 15 Minutes after she prepares her breakfast, a porridge with butter, almonds, strawberries, honey and stevia. At breakfast she can feel herself and this is very important. At lunch, she prepares a salad, an arugula salad with curry chicken, Brussels sprouts, cranberries, olive oil and honey. At dinner she prepares something light, a vegetarian soup with chicken broth, garlic, carrots, onions, celery, zucchini, salt, pepper, kale and at the end a bit of yeast.
