In the video Yolanda Hadid shares with the audience her eating habits. In the morning when she gets up, she drinks a glass of water with lemon. 15 Minutes after she prepares her breakfast, a porridge with butter, almonds, strawberries, honey and stevia. At breakfast she can feel herself and this is very important. At lunch, she prepares a salad, an arugula salad with curry chicken, Brussels sprouts, cranberries, olive oil and honey. At dinner she prepares something light, a vegetarian soup with chicken broth, garlic, carrots, onions, celery, zucchini, salt, pepper, kale and at the end a bit of yeast. And this is very briefly what she eats usual. A vegetarian diet with a bit of meat.
